To understand the evolving demands of the eCommerce industry, Swap (in collaboration with Wakefield Research) conducted a survey among 100 eCommerce experts to gain their insights on the challenges facing the industry and share their recommendations for managing global growth.
We approached this thought piece with an editorial lens to give it authenticity, subverting Swap’s digital-heavy brand system to adapt it for a ‘print’ medium. Additionally, we used this opportunity to explore data visualization patterns and graphics that can be folded back into the broader brand system in the future. The report was distributed digitally through LinkedIn and promoted through other key marketing channels.
