About the project
Google I/O brings developers from around the world together for engaging discussions, insights from Google experts, and an exclusive preview of the newest innovations. This year’s event attracted over 5,000 in-person attendees and garnered nearly 2 million views over broadcast.

In line with Google’s full embrace of the AI era, we wanted to create an identity that exuded innovation while still being unmistakably Google. By incorporating the four brand colors into dynamic new gradients and utilizing an illustrative grid system, the identity hints at the cutting-edge AI advancements to be unveiled. This cohesive identity was implemented across spatial design, broadcast materials, and digital experiences.
